Questions You Might Have

Why can we only work in English, Spanish, or Italian?

Somatic coaching and bodywork require precise verbal cues, description, and active feedback in real time. Because I do not speak Polish, we can only work together if you are comfortable communicating in English, Spanish, or Italian. This ensures your safety and the quality of your learning process.

Is this a form of medical treatment or massage?

No. The Grinberg Method is an educational system of body learning. It does not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any medical or psychiatric disease, nor does it replace necessary medical care or medications.

Why do you use a foot assessment?

Your feet support your entire skeleton and reflect your structural alignment. Muscular bracing, tension, and learned postures show up in the feet, giving us a clear map of how you hold stress in daily life.

What should I wear for a session?

To ensure precise touch and accurate physical observations, bodywork is typically conducted in comfortable underwear. However, if preferred, working in thin, flexible sports clothing is also completely fine.

Does somatic bodywork hurt?

Working with chronic physical tension can sometimes bring intense physical sensations or emotions to the surface. Touch is always adjusted to your personal limits, helping you learn to face and release physical pain and fear safely.
